True Colors

Every husstle is only to laugh in the end

Once you start rolling, it's difficult to stop.
Now that you have this speed, you feel you could do anything right.
You have courage to take chances, but at the same time
you see things dropping off your hands and you never get them back.
It's too fast. This is not the matter of good or bad.
It's about living in an imperfect world, being desperate to catch something,
being scared to fall, being brave to drop, finding something beautiful
and laughing in the end. (^_−)−☆

Kids in a complicated society

Tutoring children is not just about teaching, but it is also about understanding and even mentally supporting them by communicating with each other.

These days, a lot of kids, especially junior high school students are somewhat off balance and they want to snuggle up to something stable.

What I do is to teach, of course, but I try my best to stay always the same as if there's nothing to worry about.
We all sit back and chat until I see them unwind and ready to learn.  When they are ready, their potential goes really high!

I'm really happy to have this job.

恐い話 <Fiction>

It was 10:00 at night.
I was left alone in the office at a loss.
You know…I had to clean up my own mess.
How long had it been? 3 hours? Maybe more.
Almost dozing off, I sensed something weird.
I didn’t like the feeling I was getting.
Not hearing a thing except the sound of falling rain,
I sensed a guy right behind me.
I just knew he was there.
Facing the computer frightened, I could even feel him move in my back.
I wondered if somebody would ever notice us
when it was raining so hard outside the window.
It was just one of those situations
which you might find in the first chapter of a mystery story.

“All right, this is nothing. I’ve been working too hard. That’s all”

Convincing myself, I gathered up my courage to turn around and face him.
I counted to three in my head to stroke the engine.

1…2…3!!!!!(・_・;)_・;)・;);))

I turned around.

I saw nothing scary. Everything looked familiar to me.
The place was totally deserted except myself.
Just the light of my computer comforted me.

“Whew… What was wrong with me?” I sighed.

Feeling relieved, I stood up and stretched out.
Just then, the phone rang on my desk.
I almost jumped.

Turning back toward the phone, I reached for it and picked it up.

“Hello”
The voice was not coming from the phone but from behind…

Hi, there!

c49d76d2.GIFMy blog has been transfered here in livedoor blog site.
So I'm new.

Hello!川 ̄_ゝ ̄)ノ

I don't do blogging often but I can use this
opportunity to keep my journal here ...
or not. ^^;

To begin with, let me talk about me myself.
Since I am a mother of two daughters and also a tutor working at home,
it's not easy to juggle work and family.

I wake up at 6:30 in the morning, make 2 lunches for my daughters,
have coffee, do the laundry, vaccume the floor,
and prepare for the classes I have every weekday.
I go to the grocery store to get some stuff for dinner,
give lessons in the afternoon, cook very quickly, eat what I cook,
and again give lessons in the evening.
Then I write reports about my lessons, clean the kitchen,
have a hot relaxing bath and finally snuggle into futon.
Oh, what a day!

You must have been bored by now...sorry^^;
But this is my life.
Something invisible get me going, but I don't know what it is.

Now I'm busier than any other time of the year.
I am going to host a big party to celebrate 3 graduates from my school.
I arrange everything from directing dramas to booking a place.
So wish me luck that I will survive this situation.

Do you know anyone who is in a happy relationship?

Yes, I do.
My daughter and her best friend are in a very happy relationship.
They graduated from the same kindergarten, the same elementary school
and also the same junior high school, and believe it or not,
they are going to the same high school from this April.

The most challenging attempt they've ever had was
to pass the entrance exam for the high school of their choice.

They've been pushing themselves so hard together sharing joy and easing up pain.
Sometimes they give pressure to each other, and sometimes
they raise their levels by supporting each other.
It wasn't easy for me to keep backing her up all year long,
expecially in hard times because I was so scared thinking
what if one of them failed.
It could ruin their friendship. I knew both of them were very smart
and hard workers so I really hoped that they would get what they deserved.

On the day of the announcement, my daughter was handed an envelope first,
then her friend was the next. They peered cautiously into it,
pulled a sheep of paper very slowly out of it, checked what it said,
relieved but anxious about the other side, looked at each other,
nodded, smiled, and hugged with joy.

The first word my daughter said to her friend was
"Will you marry me?", and she answered, "Yes" in an instant.
They are not married, of course, but they were so happy
as if they were getting married.
